Audio Futures Back to the island

Terms of use

Last revised 1 November 2026

These terms apply to audiofutures.com. By using the site you accept them. They are short because the site is simple: it is a company page drawn as an island, with sound, and it asks nothing of you.

The site

The site is operated by Audio Futures Inc., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and based in Grand Cayman, and an Omnivations Group company. It is provided as is, for information and for pleasure. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Our work

The text, drawings, animations, sounds and design of the site are the work of Audio Futures Inc. and its affiliated companies and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse its drawings, sounds or text, in whole or in part, without written permission from us.

Audio Futures, WalkMix, WalkMix Creator and Inventio are marks of Audio Futures Inc. or its affiliated companies. Sony and 360 Reality Audio are marks of Sony Group Corporation and are referred to on the site only to describe the format WalkMix Creator works in; Sony does not endorse this site. Tech Cayman is referred to only to state our membership.

The island

The facts about the Cayman Islands on the site are offered in good faith and with affection, and the legends are labelled as legends. The moon's face, the parrot's opinions and the contents of the treasure chest are ours.

Sound

The site plays sound. You control it with the shell button at the lower right of the plate, and with your browser's own controls. A sensible volume is recommended throughout.

No warranty

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we make no promise that it is error-free or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, Audio Futures Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Links

Where the site links to other websites, including walkmix.com, those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
