This page explains what audiofutures.com does with information about the people who visit it. The short version: the site collects almost nothing, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no advertising or tracking.
Audio Futures Inc. is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, based in Grand Cayman, and an Omnivations Group company. Questions about this policy go to support@audiofutures.com.
The site has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment forms and no analytics scripts. When you visit, our hosting provider receives the ordinary information every web server receives in order to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the type of browser you use. This is used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse, and is kept only as long as the provider's standard log retention.
The sounds on the site play from your own browser. The page keeps a note in your browser's local storage of whether you have quieted the sound, so it remembers your choice on your next visit. Nothing about that is sent to us.
To display itself, the page loads a small number of resources from other companies' servers. When it does, those servers see your IP address and the request, under their own privacy policies:
None of these are used by us to identify or track you.
The site links to walkmix.com, where WalkMix Creator and Inventio are sold. That site has its own privacy policy, which applies once you are there.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list.
The site is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to the address above and we will answer.
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here with a new date.
